Exhaust System and Components Testing

This turnkey Exhaust Leak Detection System uses dry air or other gas to automatically pressure-test for external leakage on mufflers, catalytic converters, Y-pipes and various exhaust system assemblies.

Speed and accuracy are achieved by using our patented Mass Flow test method which provides fast direct readout of measured parameters in cc/minute, liters/minute or other units. Results of each test are displayed on the front panel digital readout and can be transmitted via serial port to your data-gathering device.

Components are automatically tested in 3-10 seconds for most components. The part can then be removed and the cycle repeated. An additional fixture station is available so that one station can be reloaded while the other is in test.
