MD-490MV Vacuum Chamber Test System

MD-490MV, 966-494

If you are involved in the vacuum process industry, you know the benefits of having a leak tight system.

Heating metals to high temperatures normally causes rapid oxidation, which is undesirable. A vacuum furnace removes the oxygen and prevents this from happening. Thus, with oxygen so abundant in our atmosphere there is the need to prevent O2 leakage into the system. That’s where our MD-490MV comes into play!

Our Leak Detection Systems use the most sensitive and accurate leak detection device science has developed -- the helium mass spectrometer. The helium mas s spectrometer is at least 1000 times more sensitive than other leak detection methods. V.I.C. Leak Detection has taken the helium mass spectrometer out of the laboratory, where it has served as a research tool for over 30 years, and redesigned it to meet the stringent requirements of ruggedness, reliability and ease of maintenance that are essential in any industrial environment.
